Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ListGenie ("the Service"), operated by 503 Wholesale. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ListGenie uses AI to turn the product photos you upload into draft marketplace listings (titles, descriptions, prices, attributes, and a formatted export file). You pay with prepaid credits — one credit equals one finished listing.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the listings generated for you.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos (including via our AI provider) solely to provide the Service.
• You confirm you have the right to upload and sell the items in your photos, and that your content doesn't infringe others' rights or violate any law.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to sell; don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or other users' data.

Credits & payments

• Credits are purchased through Stripe and added to your balance. One credit = one finished listing.
• If a run produces fewer listings than credits held, the unused credits are returned to your balance.
• Credits are for use within the Service and generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. Contact us about a specific charge and we'll work with you.

AI-generated output

Listing content is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every listing — including prices, descriptions, and condition — before posting it for sale. The Service is provided to assist you, not to guarantee accuracy or sales.

Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
